The International Relations Office (IRO) is a coordinating function at the University Administration that, in cooperation with all parts of the university, works to support and develop the university’s international activities.
The International Relations Office coordinates university-wide processes regarding international exchanges of students, teachers and other staff, and administers scholarships for mobility. The unit also coordinates tuition fees and scholarship programmes for students liable to pay a fee and is responsible for the reception and service of incoming and outgoing students and staff.
The unit administers the university’s participation in the following exchange programmes:
- Erasmus
- Bilateral agreements
- Nordplus/Nordlys
- Linnaeus-Palme
- North2North
- Minor field studies
