Accommodation area
The Mid Sweden University offer a studio apartment 29 square meters at Ludvigsbergsvägen 33, apartment # 1002, 852 34 Sundsvall. Close to campus and also conveniently near the city center and green spaces. The building is owned by Lilium Fastigheter. Accommodation has a kitchen, bathroom (shower and WC), and comes fully furnished.
Parking Information
Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces available that belong to the property. We recommend checking nearby public parking options if needed.
Essentials
Our accommodation at Ludvigsbergsvägen 33 is furnished with a dubble bed, mattress, kitchen table and chairs. The room have curtains and lamps quilt, pillow, sheets, and towels. The kitchen is equipped with necessities such as pots, pans, glasses, etc. The kitchen is also equipped with refrigerators, freezers, stove, microwave cupboards, cooking utensils and dinnerware.
Who is eligible?
International guest researchers and doctoral students (Post Docs) arriving to Sweden are eligible to apply for housing. Researchers with a permanent position at Mid Sweden University are not eligible to apply.
How to apply
Please use the form “Housing Application” to apply for accommodation. Complete your application with
personal details documents including confirmation of employment at Mid Sweden University and copy of your passport.
Send your Housing Application, Confirmation of Employment and a copy of your passport to Housingoffice@miun.se or hand it in to Servicecenter at Campus in N Buildning https://www.miun.se/en/contact/Maps-and-facts/Map-of-Campus-Sundsvall/
Once you have completed all steps, the application will be placed in our housing queue and accommodations will be offered accordingly. You are welcome to bring partner or family in our housing.
Rental period
The accommodation is intended for temporary stays only and not for researchers holding permanent positions.
