Study focusing on evaluation of the effects of positive behavioral support in two schools in Sundsvall's municipality.
In order to reduce problem-creating behaviors in the classroom and at school, increase academic results and create favorable conditions for study peace, a common basic view is needed among the staff where expectations are clarified and positive feedback is given to the students.
The goal of the project is to increase the teachers' competence about their leadership in the classroom and create a favorable learning environment with study peace for the students. Teachers should develop their approaches to promoting prosocial and academic behaviors that help students succeed (both educationally and socially) in their studies.
