Systematic health and safety management
In accordance with legislation set out by the Swedish Work Environment Authority, Mid Sweden University must ensure the quality of its operations by working systematically with health and safety.
Systematic health and safety work is a natural part of daily operations. The work covers all physical, psychological and social matters that are significant to our working environment. Systematic health and safety work (systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete – SAM) means to investigate and assess risks, implement corrective measures and follow up the work so that employees do not get injured, become sick or are otherwise harmed.
