Temporary shut-off of water on the riverside Monday morning
On Monday 12 May at 07:00, the water will be turned off at Åkanten. The shutdown is due to service work of the fire cabinets and is expected to be completed within two hours.

Who will be the Swedish champion in innovation? The call for SKAPA prizes 2025 is now open.
No other innovation award in Sweden can compare to SKAPA in terms of breadth and commitment. Winners are chosen partly regionally and partly nationally, and the competition attracts a large number of participants each year.

FSCN researchers awarded for research on storing carbon dioxide in materials from the forest
Carolina Costa, researcher at Mid Sweden University's FSCN Research Center, is awarded the Young Researcher's Award from the Gunnar Sundblad Research Foundation. Carolina is awarded for her research on how carbon dioxide that is captured can be bound and used in new materials.

Renovation on the 4th floor of building N – new study places in the meantime
On Monday week 19, the renovation of floor 4 in building N at campus Sundsvall will begin. The work is taking place before the administration moves into the premises later this summer.

No Canvas support meetings week 18
Normally open support meetings are held in Zoom Wednesdays and Fridays. Due to national holidays the open support meetings the group for educational development holds on Wednesdays and Fridays are cancelled April 30 and May 2. On May 7 you are welcome to join an open support meeting again.

The Completion of Studies Ceremony is approaching for the students who complete their studies at Mid Sweden University in the spring term 2025. On 5 June, we celebrate our graduating students with speeches and music on campus.
