Licentiate seminar
A licentiate seminar is the occasion when the doctoral student publicly defends his or her thesis. Decisions on licentiate seminars are made by the dean based on a proposal from the research faculty. The licentiate seminar shall be held within term time and only one licentiate seminar shall be held per day within the faculty.
A licentiate seminar is called a half-time seminar when the licentiate student intends to continue working on his or her thesis towards a doctoral degree and public defence.

If you have to change the date of printing, you need to make sure that the print office is informed so that they can change their planning.
