Bakgrund

Jag disputerade 2013 med avhandlingen "Creating a Quality Management Culture : Focusing on Values and Leadership" och blev docent 2018.

Innan jag började på Mittuniversitetet 2004 så har jag arbetat inom tillverkande industri med personalfrågor, organisationsutveckling, kvalitet och Lean. Har även innehaft ett antal ledarpositioner både inom privat sektor och inom akademin.

Forskningsområden

Min forskning fokuserar på hur organisationer kan arbeta för att skapa och mäta en kultur som ger möjligheter till långsiktig och hållbar kvalitetsutveckling. Mitt fokus ligger på att arbeta med beteenden, värderingar och ledarskap.

Forskning

Jag deltar för närvarande i två samverkansprojekt. Det ena är ett treårigt projekt i samverkan med Sundsvalls kommun. Projektet syftar till att identifiera, beskriva, testa och utvärdera hur kommunal hälso- och sjukvård kan bli en attraktiv och lärande arbetsplats.

Det andra är ett-årigt och i samverkan med Örnsköldsviks kommun. I detta projekt är syftet att ta fram en modell for utvärdering av effektivitet i kommunala koncernföretag i Örnsköldsvik som lyfter både ägarens och kundens värdeperspektiv.

Undervisning

Undervisar främst på vårt magisterprogram ”Kvalitets- och ledarskapsutveckling” där jag också handleder examensarbeten.

Övrigt

Arbetar även gärna med samverkan och uppdragsutbildning. Har arbetat med detta i kommuner, regionen och privat sektor.
