In this research project, we want to gain knowledge about children and young people who live in foster care and their relationships with their network of origin.
Social work as a research subject includes studies of social problems and vulnerability as well as their causes and consequences at the individual, group, and societal levels.
The subject studies social interventions and the professional practice aimed at managing or solving social problems. The subject also studies issues relating to the design and implementation of social policy and the organisation of welfare systems.
